AkzoNobel is one of the world's largest manufacturers of paint, and in Sweden, we have 5 Nordsjö PRO stores that cater directly to painting companies and their professional painters. The Nordsjö PRO stores are located in Helsingborg, Gothenburg (Högsbo and Hisingen), and Stockholm (Ynglingagatan and Västberga).

We are now looking for a summer employee who will work at both our stores in Västberga and Ynglingagatan, from June 29 to August 7!

What will you be working on?

In the role of store employee, you will work with daily operations by serving and assisting painters with everything they need to perform their daily tasks. Together with your store manager and colleagues, you will work to drive sales within the framework set by our store concept. The sales of our products primarily target professional painters, where your most important task will be to exceed our customers' expectations through outstanding customer service and store experience, while also contributing to increased sales and profitability. With your sharp business sense and personal drive to serve customers, you create the conditions for you and your colleagues to build recurring and long-term customer relationships. Your main tasks will include:

• Driving and developing sales to meet set sales targets for the store
• Ensuring that the store is well-maintained, appealing, and follows the store concept
• Daily tasks such as cleaning, unpacking goods, mixing paint, cash handling, etc.
• Developing relationships and service for professional customers together with the store manager, colleagues, and field sales representatives.

The store's opening hours are from 06:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

The summer job starts from 2026-06-29 to 2026-08-07.

Who are you?

You are a student or similar looking for a summer job. As a person, you enjoy sales and providing customers with the best service. You have a positive attitude, are communicative, and good at collaborating.

Experience in sales and retail work, as well as cash handling, is an advantage. You have at least a high school education and can speak both Swedish and English.
