Here comes the opportunity for a fun project employment for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to sharpen your CV with a job that you will definitely benefit from in future job applications.   • The start date for the role is April 21st
  • This is a full-time summer job that runs over the summer. Unfortunately, the position will not include any time off during the summer, so you applying for this job need to be available for full-time work from April 21st to September 30th.
About the position

Our client is currently looking for you who often feel “I am the right person – please see it!” but often hear that others with more experience got the job you wanted. Here you get the chance to be part of a fun project starting with an introduction in April/May and full-time work until August/September.

As our client's customer service department enters its peak season during late spring and summer, they will build a completely new team consisting of 10 new colleagues and two experienced colleagues. Your task is primarily two things:

  • to quickly build a strong team with a high sense of togetherness that delivers this project with high quality and high engagement – and at the same time have a lot of fun along the way.
  • to answer every incoming phone call and meet each customer with great curiosity and high service awareness – regardless of whether it is the first or last call of the day.

Your tasks:

This is a role centered around incoming calls from private customers. Therefore, it is very important that you who take on the role are the right person: you need to understand that even if you receive ten calls from people with seemingly the same problem, you understand that no call is identical to a previous call, and your curiosity and ability to listen to each new customer will be crucial for how you succeed in the role.

In summary, you will among other things:

  • Handle incoming calls from private customers
  • Register and document cases in the business system
  • Make an initial assessment of action needs (after a thorough introduction)
  • Collaborate with the company's technicians and other internal functions
We are looking for you who
  • Have good computer and system skills
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
  • Have the right personal qualities for the assignment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role with a high focus on phone calls is an advantage but not a requirement

About the employment

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at OIO during the project period. The project runs until August/September, but for the right person, there are opportunities for extension in the company's regular operations, which are of a similar nature to this project. If the project is not extended, you will of course receive support, advice, and help from your consultant manager Per Carnestedt to find a new exciting job if you wish.
