Interim Business Controller for Leading Game Development Company

SJR is now looking for an Interim Business Controller for a leading game development company located in central Stockholm. The assignment starts in May and lasts until the end of November, with a good possibility of extension. For this assignment, we are looking for someone who wants to be employed as a consultant or someone who wants to work as a subcontractor with us.

About the Position

You will be part of a dynamic and creative team where you work closely with both the product and development sides and play an important role in creating financial transparency and supporting the organization in decision-making and project management.

Responsibilities

• Project and product follow-up within ongoing game development
• Budget, forecast, and cost control
• Profitability and revenue analysis
• Development of KPIs and reporting
• Support for product owners and development teams
• Financial decision-making materials and business analysis
• Support in developing and streamlining reporting and process structures

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with experience as a Business Controller, preferably from the gaming or game development industry. You have a good understanding of project follow-up, financial analysis, and financial management, and are used to working in environments where technology, creativity, and business logic meet.
