Student Receptionist

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a receptionist, you are the face of our client and responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression. You will play a key role in the daily operations of the reception and ensure a smooth guest experience.
As a Student Receptionist, you will be an important part of the team, with varied tasks that ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for both visitors and employees. You will work on-site and contribute to a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors, manage check-ins, pre-registrations, and answer phone calls
- You will actively move between different floors to ensure everything looks presentable
- Keep track of supplies, restock pantries and coffee stations, and ensure that meeting rooms are ready for use
- You will ensure that all common areas are clean and tidy and take initiative to improve the visitor experience
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a university or college at least 50%, with at least 12 months left of your studies
- Has previous experience in service roles
- Has good system skills and thus masters the MS Office suite
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or similar tasks
- Previous experience or knowledge of pests
