Student Receptionist

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a receptionist, you are the face of our client and responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression. You will play a key role in the daily operations of the reception and ensure a smooth guest experience.

As a Student Receptionist, you will be an important part of the team, with varied tasks that ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for both visitors and employees. You will work on-site and contribute to a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

Welcome visitors, manage check-ins, pre-registrations, and answer phone calls
You will actively move between different floors to ensure everything looks presentable
Keep track of supplies, restock pantries and coffee stations, and ensure that meeting rooms are ready for use
You will ensure that all common areas are clean and tidy and take initiative to improve the visitor experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is studying at a university or college at least 50%, with at least 12 months left of your studies
Has previous experience in service roles
Has good system skills and thus masters the MS Office suite
Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have

Previous experience working as a receptionist or similar tasks
Previous experience or knowledge of pests
