The role of a corporate analyst is an important position within corporate management that actively contributes to long-term sustainable value creation in state ownership management. You will have the opportunity to work broadly with issues related to ownership governance for the approximately 40 state-owned companies. You will work with strategic and financial analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) and project manage prioritized projects within the Government Offices. In your work with ownership governance within the Government Offices, you will engage in analysis and problem-solving in areas such as financing, transactions, sustainability, security and preparedness, digital transformation, risk management, reporting, etc.

You are expected to take an active role in the development of the organization’s work and the development of skills, work methods, and processes. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to the department's work with data, digitization, and AI to increase efficiency and improve results.

Your background

To be considered for the position, you must meet all the requirements and preferably several of the desirable qualifications.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree in economics, such as a master's in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
  • Relevant multi-year experience in strategic and/or financial analysis at the ownership level, corporate level, or as an advisor at a consulting firm or bank
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable

  • Master's degree
  • Education focused on finance or industrial economics
  • Experience in qualified work with sustainability issues
  • Experience in driving change within an organization
  • Experience in areas such as security and preparedness, digital transformation, risk management, reporting, or other relevant fields
  • Experience in practical use of AI
