We are now looking for a meticulous and structured person who wants to support campaign administration within e-commerce throughout 2026. The assignment is part-time and is suitable for those who enjoy repetitive tasks, work independently, and have a high attention to detail.

The assignment involves administrative support in campaign management related to the grocery trade's online business. You will continuously work on setting up and maintaining campaign items in the business system, focusing on quality and accuracy. The work is done with short lead times and requires good attention as codes, items, and conditions may change from week to week. Tasks include:

• Ongoing setup of campaign items (approximately 60 campaigns per week)
• Administration and maintenance of items in the Hybris system
• Ensure that the correct fields, codes, and campaign conditions are registered accurately
• Follow changes in assortment and campaign logic
• Be attentive to discrepancies and reach out for support or report problems as needed

Scope: part-time, approximately 8 hours per week
Period: Start as soon as possible, running throughout 2026
Working hours: Flexible, mainly scheduled for Thursday–Friday
Location: Solna
Employment: consultancy position via SC

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

• Studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% with at least 1.5 years left of studies and can certify this
• Previous work experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Swedish
• Very good accuracy and structure with attention to detail and changes
• Responsible and quality-conscious
• Able to handle periods of time pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with repetitive tasks
• Not afraid to reach out and ask for help when needed

Meritorious

• Experience with Hybris or Optimizer
• Experience in campaign administration or e-commerce
