Part-time Accounting Assistant at Meetly AB

Meetly is now looking for a meticulous and self-driven accounting assistant at 50% who wants to become part of our team. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the role who thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.

Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant at Meetly, you will work with:

Ongoing bookkeeping

Invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable

Reconciliations and simpler reporting

Administration related to finance

Contact with customers and partners via phone and email

You will work closely and receive support from our accounting economist, which gives you the opportunity to grow in the role and receive guidance as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as an accounting assistant

Has documented experience with Fortnox

Has excellent telephone and writing skills in both Swedish and English

Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented

Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
