The municipality's contact center in Mörby Centrum provides service to residents and businesses via digital channels, phone, and in-person visits. By handling citizen matters for the municipality's administrations, the contact center helps relieve the caseworkers in their work. The contact center's knowledge of the needs and wishes of Danderyd residents is an important part of the development of the municipality's services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee at our contact center, you will belong to a wonderful team of ten employees. Your primary task is to provide service to residents and businesses regarding the municipality's services. This can vary from applications for building permits, assistance with home care, questions regarding preschool/school to handling complaints and feedback.

Together with our colleagues in the municipality, we design new effective working methods that will provide better and faster service to the residents of Danderyd. The contact center contributes in this way to operational development and new solutions in the municipality. We develop smart solutions and can be reached through multiple channels in the way that the citizen chooses. Your contribution is important in this development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school diploma
  • Several years of work experience from a contact center or similar customer service handling incoming matters via phone and digital channels
  • Documented experience of working in a case management system or operational system
  • Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365

It is also meritorious if you have:

  • Post-secondary education that the employer deems relevant for the position
  • Documented experience in the case management system Artologik HelpDesk.
  • Work experience from public or municipal operations.

Your good collaboration skills and strong team spirit make you a team player, while you also have the ability to remain calm and prioritize correctly even under high pressure. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. A probationary period may apply.
