Technical Consultant/Sales Representative at Matronic

We are looking for a technical consultant/sales representative on behalf of our client Matronic.

Matronic is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in selling industrial products to the European electronics and manufacturing industries. With extensive application knowledge and a comprehensive range of products, they provide their customers with the right components and solutions for every need. Matronic consists of a dedicated and competent team and has its headquarters in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities

As a technical consultant/sales representative, you will advise customers in electronics production with a focus on process optimization, technical support, and sales. You will create long-term solutions and build trusting relationships, both digitally and in person.

• Guide customers in finding the best technical solution with a trustworthy and present approach
• Conduct customer activities on-site for long-term development and solution focus
• Visit existing customers in Norrland approximately once a year
• Manage many contacts digitally and create effective solutions via digital meetings
• Identify and engage potential new customers in Northern Sweden, Finland, and the Baltics
• Participate in trade fairs and represent Matronic in the Nordic countries and the Baltics

You will be based at the headquarters in Kungens Kurva, but the majority of the work will take place at customer sites primarily in Sweden. In the long run, there may also be customer engagement in Finland and the Baltics, starting with initial contact via digital meetings.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in technical roles within electronics production or similar industries. You are customer-focused, driven to find smart technical solutions, and have a solution-oriented approach.

We believe you:

• Are technically interested and comfortable discussing solutions with various stakeholders
• Are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and have a natural curiosity for customer needs.
• Thrive on social interaction and building long-term relationships
• Have self-motivation and work in a structured manner
• Have experience with business systems, preferably Pyramid, and good computer skills
• Speak fluent English, and knowledge of Finnish is a plus.

Experience with consumables (e.g., solder paste, casting, coatings, and cleaning fluids) and real competence from electronics production is advantageous.
