Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who understands the importance of building long-term relationships. We prefer candidates with an education in vehicles, experience from the automotive industry, or another comparable industry related to B2B sales. You will continuously work on new customer acquisition in this district, where we see a great need to maintain existing customers while meeting new ones.
We want you to;
- Have previous experience in a sales role
- Love to engage and develop customers, be relationship-oriented, and skilled at creating new and numerous business contacts.
- Be fearless, take initiative, and understand the responsibility that comes with a customer account.
- Have a genuine interest in driving sales, be goal-oriented, results-driven, and have a business mindset.
- Understand the value of planning your work to achieve outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
- See the importance of being part of a team to achieve the best results.
- Have a proactive approach that creates effective customer meetings.
- Possess a high degree of social skills, be businesslike and professional in your demeanor, and represent the company's values.
- Have good digital maturity and express yourself well in both speech and writing.
Experience in B2B sales related to the industrial/workshop sector is a merit.
The job entails
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own district within the region and work on its long-term development. The target group and customer segment for this position are automotive customers. Based on our multi-channel strategy, you will be responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
The work places high demands on customer care, and it is important that you have a high ability to take initiative, are used to taking responsibility, and driving processes forward. Through the interaction between our various sales channels, you will play a crucial role. Your ability to collaborate and see opportunities in the interaction to develop service for our customers will be central.
You will work from home but in close collaboration with colleagues in the region. The stores in the region are a central sales channel where you, as an Account Manager, interact and continuously meet colleagues and customers. You will conduct customer visits based on the planning that is appropriate within the geographical area and meets customer wishes.

- You assess customer needs and find solutions to streamline their handling of consumables.

- You are confident in conducting company presentations and practical product demonstrations
