The position of admissions coordinator involves assessing incoming applications from individuals who wish to study in our programs. It is a significant responsibility that requires you to be meticulous yet solution-oriented, as no application is the same. You will work closely with our prospective students, primarily via email and phone. We are looking for individuals with an outgoing and professional demeanor who excel at building good relationships. We have an established team in place that will train you. Together, we ensure a smooth admissions process and first-class service.

Your main tasks will include:

*Reviewing and assessing applications (grades, certificates, etc.).

*Answering and managing incoming calls

*Answering and managing incoming emails

The job requires fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken. You should be able to easily interpret various documents and instructions to make decisions in admissions matters both independently and collaboratively with other staff members. To feel comfortable in the role and perform the tasks, you need to have good system and computer skills. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of professional experience in administration and/or a background in customer service where email and phone have been your primary tools.

Time period and employment rate: The position starts in March and runs until the end of August, with the possibility of other time periods beyond this. Employment rate 100%
