Do you want to take full ownership of your sales, shape your own everyday life, and be a central part of a fast-growing company? On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Account Manager who can both develop existing customers and drive new customer acquisition, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths.
About the role
As an account manager at our client, you will have full responsibility for your sales and business development. You will work with both existing customers and new prospects and are expected to quickly become part of a close-knit team.
You will work closely with management and become an important stakeholder in how we develop the business. The role entails great freedom, clear responsibilities, and the opportunity to influence both your own and the company's direction.
Your main tasks:
Develop and manage existing customers
Active new customer acquisition
Drive the sales process from first contact to closed deal
Be responsible for forecasts, business planning, and customer dialogue
Act as an internal stakeholder regarding delivery, development areas, and business opportunities
Who we are looking for
We believe you are someone who enjoys pace, freedom, and responsibility and who gains energy from making deals. You have a background in B2B sales and a broad network, regardless of industry. Experience in IT sales is a plus but not a requirement.
We believe you have:
Documented experience in B2B sales
The ability to quickly understand complex offerings
High self-leadership skills and a drive to perform
Strong personal accountability
A broad network and experience in relationship-based business
A background in sports is a plus
