Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and guest experiences – and want to be part of a global and iconic brand like Hard Rock Cafe?

We are now looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing professional for the new Hard Rock Cafe in Stockholm City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, creating marketing activities, managing bookings, and developing our local brand. You will be a central part of the guest experience – both before, during, and after their visit.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborations, and local events
• Create and publish content for social media
• Manage bookings from companies and individuals, including groups and events
• Drive sales activities and ensure that set goals are met
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, travel agencies, and partners
• Analyze results, follow up on campaigns, and optimize strategies for sales and guest experience

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within restaurants, hotels, or events.
• Is creative, structured, and highly self-motivated
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and social work environment
• Has strong communication skills and easily builds relationships
• Has a strong drive and enjoys creating results
