Business-Driven Salesperson for Defence – Build Europe’s Digital Defense with Us

Clavister is looking for a business-driven and relationship-oriented salesperson within Defence, initially focusing on expanding and developing the business together with our defense partners in Europe. This is a key role for those who want to work at the intersection of advanced technology, international cooperation, and critical societal security.

In this role, you will build long-term and trustful partner relationships, identify new business opportunities within defense and security, and drive the sales of Clavister's cybersecurity solutions in complex, international environments. Over time, the role may evolve to include responsibility for larger customer accounts. You will also work with procurement and bidding processes and collaborate closely with both partners and internal teams to strengthen Clavister's position within European defense. The role involves travel for meetings with partners and customers as well as participation in international fairs, primarily within Europe.

Who We Are Looking For
  • We are looking for someone who is outgoing, professional, and enjoys building relationships.

  • You have experience from the defense or defense industry.

  • You have a good technical understanding of IT, networking, and cybersecurity.

  • You are self-driven, proactive, and motivated by international work and travel.

  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
