Here’s a bit more about the position:

• You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without having full personnel responsibility.

• Together with your Store Manager, you lead and plan the operations in your team.

• Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work.

• You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as Team Manager.

• You work purposefully to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures.

• You are part of the management team in the store and have the Team Manager's job description in your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned in work and through training.

• You are a role model in the work to welcome all our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
