With us, you will have a central role with responsibility for all our facilities and become an important part of an engaged team that always puts the customer experience in focus. The position is located at our facility in Smista, which is Veho Bil's main facility in Stockholm.

You work productively and structured, have an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and other functions within the organization, and have the ability to anticipate customer needs through a proactive and solution-oriented approach. In the role, you will meet our customers via phone, email, and digital channels and have the opportunity to work with Mercedes-Benz innovative products that are constantly evolving with the latest technology – in an environment where quality, service, and development are at the center.

Who you are  
You are a service-oriented person driven by exceeding customer expectations and always going the extra mile. If you have experience from the automotive industry, knowledge of KOBRA, telephone exchange systems, or experience with Mercedes-Benz, it is an advantage. We are looking for someone who not only sees obstacles but identifies opportunities in a fast-paced environment from start to finish.

You are a team player who inspires others to do their best and takes responsibility for your own results. Your willingness to constantly develop and learn new things is a strong driving force for you. You have good system skills, basic knowledge of the Office suite and Excel, and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. A B driver's license is required.
