This is not a traditional recruitment role. The role suits you if you want to work closely with both employees and clients, build schedules, ensure delivery, and be a visible part of the business both in the office and out in the field.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Building and planning high-quality schedules

• Recruiting and matching the right people to the right assignments

• Maintaining ongoing contact with employees, following up, calling, and building relationships

• Ensuring delivery to clients and, if necessary, being on-site yourself

• Working at a fast pace during peak season and using the off-season for development

• Being flexible in working hours, including working every other weekend and being on call as needed

Employment conditions

• Scope: Full-time, 100%
• Working hours: Schedule planned and established by the immediate supervisor
• Weekend work: Every other weekend
• Salary: According to agreement
