About the position

Perido is looking for an accounting assistant for an established and well-known company in the community building sector. You will work at their office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of the organization's business support function, which provides support to operations across Sweden. The department is responsible for several financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable, payment flows, and financial support.

In the role of accounting assistant, you will work in a team of about 12 colleagues. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling and tracking supplier invoices via e-invoice and EDI
• Registration and control of incoming invoices
• Matching invoices against orders
• Contact with suppliers via phone and email
• Participation in the development and streamlining of financial routines

Your qualities

We are looking for someone with a humble attitude who enjoys providing support and service in everyday life. You work methodically and responsibly, with a good sense of detail and quality. When challenges arise, you easily think outside the box and find practical solutions, and you do not hesitate to reach out to others to move forward in your work. You are confident in yourself, willing to take space when needed, and contribute with engagement and teamwork to the team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial administration
• Good computer skills and experience working in Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
