About the role

As an appraisal assistant, you will learn how the appraisal process works, from determining the carat of gold to researching the historical background of an old item. We work with advanced instruments to perform accurate appraisals of the jewelry that comes to Pantit. You do not need prior experience in this; you will be trained by our team.

The daily operations of Pantit Market include tasks such as order management, quality control of jewelry, and then packing them in our beautiful packaging.

At Pantit, we have a highly regarded customer service that we are very proud of. Through phone and chat, we receive daily inquiries from customers wondering how an item is appraised or how the service works. You will learn how to assist our customers in the best possible way, and over time you will take more and more responsibility for helping our customers.

Everyone helps each other in our small team; we collaborate and ensure that everything is handled carefully and efficiently. There are opportunities to grow here!

Who are you?

You are meticulous, tech-savvy, and quick on the keyboard. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Experience from pawnshops, jewelers, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus, but not a requirement. If you also enjoy working with jewelry, that's a bonus!

You are self-driven, positive, and love to spread joy to customers and colleagues. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where collaboration and customer focus are key. You have no problem singing along to a pop hit or listening to country music in the office!
