Skanska in Stockholm is now looking for an accounts assistant for a consulting assignment within accounts payable. The assignment is suitable for you who have some experience, are curious, and can quickly get into new tasks. Your tasks

The tasks may vary depending on needs, but will mainly be related to accounts payable. You may work with:

• Handling incoming supplier invoices
• Posting and following up on approval flows
• Contact with suppliers and internal functions
• Reconciliations and administrative tasks within finance
• Support in the daily work within the finance function

The role is broad and requires you to be flexible and quickly adapt to new tasks.

Worth knowing

The assignment is a consulting assignment at Skanska in Stockholm and initially runs until September 30. The need exists during an employee's absence, and the content of the assignment may therefore be adjusted over time. The position is full-time, and Skanska is located in modern premises in Stadshagen with good communication links. There may be opportunities for some hybrid work based on the needs of the business.

Please note that this is a consulting position with TNG, where you will be hired out to Skanska. We are looking for someone with some experience in finance, preferably accounts payable, who can quickly adapt to a new role. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a natural drive in your work. As a person, you are curious, positive, and not afraid to tackle what needs to be done. You enjoy supporting others and contributing to the team's collective delivery. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
