About the assignment We are looking for a full-time senior accountant for our client in Stockholm for a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia. The assignment is expected to start on February 9 and last until August 9, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 with the possibility of remote work some days a week based on the needs of the business.

Your responsibilities

Act as a financial controller and provide support to the managers of the organization with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, and follow-up. Support several managers in the organization with ongoing financial work. The work includes compiling and analyzing financial outcomes monthly, financial forecasting and analysis at two points during the spring, as well as acting as an advisor in the financial area.

In addition, it includes contributing to developing working methods within the finance function, as well as contributing to the documentation of routines and instructions.

Your qualifications

• University degree in finance

• At least 5 years of experience in financial work

• Experience in budgeting

• Financial forecasting

• Reporting and analysis of financial outcomes

• Quality assurance of financial outcomes

• Current experience in financial work within a government agency

• Knowledge of government accounting and accounting principles

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Good knowledge of the financial system UBW/Agresso
