Operational Assistant – Orders, Logistics & Warehouse (40%, part-time)

VarUnik is looking for an operational assistant who wants to work practically and systematically with orders, logistics, warehouse, and basic administration in a company with a strong focus on sustainability. We are looking for someone who works independently, takes ownership, and understands what needs to be done first.

About VarUnik

VarUnik works with sustainable textiles for hotels, spas, and hospitality. We are a small team with short decision-making paths and a clear goal: to reduce the environmental impact of textiles.

Job Responsibilities - Daily Flow

Orders & Suppliers

• Place production orders according to completed specifications
• Follow up on deliveries from the factory
• Follow up on supplier invoices

Logistics & Warehouse

• Book freight
• Receive goods
• Pack and ship customer orders
• Send samples
• Keep the warehouse organized

Administration (routine-based)

• Send customer invoices
• Pay supplier invoices
• Ongoing bookkeeping according to template
• Reconciliation of bank/customer accounts
• Payment reminders according to instructions
• Documentation for VAT and employer contributions

You are:

• meticulous, structured, and reliable
• comfortable with practical work and administration
• someone who enjoys numbers and routines
• fluent in Swedish and English
• have completed high school
• experience in warehouse, logistics, orders, or administration is more relevant than education

Conditions

• Part-time employment
• Approximately 40% (number of hours may vary)
• The work takes place on-site at our office in Lidingö
