The Recruitment Group is looking for an engaged person to work in customer service on behalf of a client!

Job Responsibilities Your main tasks will be to handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email from private customers. You will also manage simpler administration tasks.

Skills and Qualifications We are looking for someone who:

• Can express themselves both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

• Has good computer skills and understanding of consumer electronics such as TVs, mobile phones, and appliances

• Has a burning interest in technology

• Is flexible and solution-oriented

Start Date: Immediately

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
