About the role

Your closest team currently consists of 12 accountants, and your immediate manager Axel Schulz says:

In this role, you will be customer-responsible and play a central role in building trusting relationships with both existing and potential customers. This involves operational work with customers and strategic work focusing on business advisory. As an accountant, you will work both in teams and independently, always striving to develop both working methods and the quality of deliveries.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Independently preparing financial statements and annual reports and ensuring the quality of our deliveries according to applicable regulations and industry standards

  • Conducting cash flow analyses and providing qualified and proactive financial advice

  • Leading and developing your customer assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability

  • Ensuring that the team has the right conditions, structure, and working methods to deliver high quality to customers

  • Driving digitalization and efficiency of customers' financial processes

  • Actively contributing to our growth by building relationships, participating in sales meetings and marketing activities, and advisory highlighting the value of our services to potential customers

You enjoy being part of a team and have the ability to drive work forward with quality and commitment. In addition to the above, we see that you:

  • Are a certified accountant

  • Are comfortable with K2 and K3 regulations

  • Want to further develop in customer relationships and business advisory

  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The recruitment process

  • Extent: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
