Main Responsibilities:

Implement regulatory reporting requirements, including ESAP and additional tax reporting
Document processes according to internal control frameworks
Participate in year-end closing and ongoing accounting
Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements
Report to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Academic degree in finance or equivalent
Several years of experience in accounting, year-end closing, and financial reporting
Experience in documenting processes and internal controls
Independent, structured, and accustomed to driving change initiatives
Good collaboration skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders

Desirable:

Experience from the occupational pension or life insurance industry
Background in auditing or listed companies
Knowledge of financial systems such as Raindance, Dimension, or Lumera
