A public transport organization is seeking a Reception Coordinator for a larger and long-term infrastructure project related to the expansion of the subway in Stockholm. The assignment involves working at the interface between the project organization and management, focusing on ensuring a structured and quality-assured handover of construction and civil engineering projects to the managing organization.

The role is central in coordinating the reception of deliveries from investment projects, where technical documentation, processes, and collaboration between multiple parties are crucial for an effective transition from project to operation. You will be part of a team working on the reception process and contributing to the development of methods, structure, and quality in the handover of complex infrastructure.

As a reception coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and quality assure the reception of construction and civil engineering projects from the investment organization to management. You will serve as a central contact point between projects and managing operations, contributing to ensuring that handover occurs in a structured manner and according to established processes.

Your work will include participating in delivery planning and leading and coordinating review processes related to technical documentation. You will handle issues regarding the reception of documentation and also conduct sample reviews to ensure quality and completeness.

Furthermore, you will lead or participate in work and collaboration groups related to reception and handover, as well as contribute to knowledge transfer between projects and management. The role also involves participating in the development and anchoring of methods and processes related to the handover and reception of construction projects. Other project-related tasks may occur, and the assignment may also include reception coordination for additional investment projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of higher education in civil engineering, construction, civil engineering, or other technical education (degree certificate must be presented).

• At least 2 years of experience in document management within construction or civil engineering projects.

• At least 1 year of experience in a role as project engineer, reception coordinator, data coordinator, construction engineer, or another leading role within construction or civil engineering projects.

Desirable Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in handover or reception of civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

• Location: Stockholm (Kungsholmen)

• Work Format: Possibility for both remote work and on-site work by agreement

• Extent: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

• Assignment Period: April 20, 2026, onwards
