We are looking for a junior data coordinator for an assignment in the banking sector focused on the rights of individuals to access data under GDPR. You will be part of an organization that works closely with issues related to personal data management and data protection, where quality, structure, and accuracy are crucial. The role involves supporting the handling of data access requests while contributing to the development of workflows, routines, and templates in the area.

• Investigate, map, and collect personal data from various systems and services based on customers' history, engagement, and interactions.
• Assess which data can be disclosed and identify information that should not be shared.
• Mask information that cannot be disclosed.
• Draft response letters related to data access requests.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of work processes through routine descriptions and templates.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the privacy area when support is needed for assessments and handling.

• Structured, meticulous, and responsible working method.
• Ability to work independently and drive your own tasks forward.
• Good business and operational understanding.
• Experience working with systems and IT.
• Interest in privacy and data protection issues.
