Solna District Court is an open, modern, and development-oriented workplace with dedicated employees. With around 145 staff members, the court is one of the largest district courts in Sweden. A large number of criminal cases, civil cases, and court matters are handled here. Solna District Court has four adjudicating departments and one administrative department. The operations are characterized by high quality, which is made possible through good collaboration among employees, regardless of professional role or organizational affiliation. Since the HR administrator in the administrative department will be on leave, we are looking for a replacement for a temporary position. As an HR administrator, you will work broadly and primarily operationally. You will operate in a knowledge-intensive and stimulating environment where your skills are in demand. You will closely collaborate with the court's HR specialists, and together you will improve and develop work routines and processes within HR.

Your main tasks will include:

  • independently managing ongoing personnel administration, other administration, and some internal services. For example, administering employment, certificates of employment, sick leave, and approving wellness grants and other expenses.
  • answering questions about salaries and acting as a contact person towards the National Courts Administration's central payroll function and ensuring that questions and matters are handled correctly and efficiently.
  • supporting HR specialists administratively in competency-based recruitment processes.
  • if necessary, conducting introductions for new employees.

In addition to your main tasks, other duties may arise based on the needs of the organization, which means that the role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Who are you

You should have:

  • a completed high school diploma.
  • post-secondary education in HR (with good grades).
  • at least one year of current and well-regarded work experience in working with digital HR systems, such as personnel systems, payroll systems, or recruitment systems.
  • good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Other

Start date is May 1 or by agreement. The employment is for a temporary position until March 31, 2027, with a possible extension.
