HR Specialist with a Focus on Coordination

The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS also implements closed youth care. We do this in youth homes and homes for adults with substance abuse across the country. At SiS, your work life will be an exciting challenge. At our head office in Solna Business Park, we are about 400 employees, and together we work to support and develop the authority with approximately 5000 employees.

Job Description

Can you keep our work together in a growing organization?

The section for competence development has national responsibility for SiS's internal competence development. The section is led by a section manager and consists of four units with around 60 employees with various competencies.

We are now looking for an HR specialist with a focus on coordination to strengthen our work within the section. You will be part of the Unit for Competence Planning, which is responsible for overall planning and follow-up of the authority's competence development initiatives as well as for practical planning of the section's training. Here, administrators and HR specialists work together to ensure that our initiatives are implemented effectively and with high quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for or support in developing, maintaining, and improving routines and structures that enable us to work efficiently, maintain high quality, and keep a fast pace in our activities and assignments. You will:

  • Coordinate and support various assignments and activities throughout the section
  • Be the link between development, planning, and implementation
  • Drive the development of effective and uniform working methods within the unit and section
  • Assist with scheduling and planning work for the section
  • Be proactive in identifying areas for development
  • Provide coordination support when urgent needs arise at the authority's homes

You will have a colleague in the same position, which gives you the opportunity to collaborate and share responsibility for various assignments.

You will operate in a context with many different subject matters and points of contact both within and outside the section. You focus on your assignment and assist with other tasks within the section as needed. We are in an expansive development phase that involves both organizational development and a growing mandate. In this role, you will work in a changing environment where working methods, content, and priorities may change in line with the needs of the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • an academic degree
  • experience working with systematic and operational support for development assignments
  • experience in coordination or management in an educational or project organization
  • experience with varied assignments with many different points of contact
  • very good skills in spoken and written Swedish

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience working with language management
  • Experience working in LMS
  • Experience in streamlining your tasks with the help of AI

Employment:

The position is a fixed-term employment for up to 12 months. Start date by agreement. Placement at the head office in Solna.
