We are now looking for a senior Interim Business Controller for a client with an international presence and operations in several countries. The assignment will start relatively soon and aims to cover the need during the ongoing recruitment process that we are conducting.

This is an assignment for you who can quickly immerse yourself in the business, take clear ownership of Business Control, and contribute with structure, analysis, and business support in a fast-paced and changing organization. You will work closely with the CFO and the finance function and are expected to contribute both operationally and at a more strategic level.

About the assignment

In the role of Interim Business Controller, you will among other things:

• further develop methods, processes, and structure within Business Control
• work with analysis, follow-up, forecasts, and budgets, and drive improvement initiatives
• be responsible for internal and external reporting in an environment with clear regulations and requirements
• function as financial business support to the organization and contribute to decision-making materials
• have ongoing collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, nationally and internationally

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• has several years of experience in Business Control, preferably from international operations
• has worked in a publicly traded, regulatory-driven, or other complex environment
• comes from retail, FMCG, or another fast-moving and structured industry
• is used to combining operational work with a more overarching and strategic perspective
• has experience with Power BI
• is analytical, structured, and confident in prioritizing during high-pressure periods
• communicates professionally with management teams, auditors, and international contacts

Assignment facts

Start: Immediately or at the beginning/middle of March
Scope: Full-time
Location: Stockholm (central)
Duration: Initially about 6 months and will continue until a permanent solution is in place.
