About the role

As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be a significant asset in Northmill's extensive investment in secured loans. Secured loans represent a significant growth area for Northmill, giving you a unique opportunity to develop your career and impact our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire process surrounding the lending products we offer our private customers. This includes manually assessing credit inquiries received by the bank and performing back-office tasks at the request of other departments.

This role requires you to skillfully balance analytical and critical review with a friendly and high level of service.

• Responsible for the entire process surrounding the lending products we offer our private customers.

• Make credit decisions and be involved in approving mortgage applications.

• Back-office administration of the bank's products in our system, Corniche.

• Collaborate with other people within the bank, such as customer service and analysis.

Your background

• At least two years of experience in a similar role where you have worked with residential mortgages.

• Swedsec license for mortgages

• Good understanding of consumer credit and secured loans.

• It is advantageous if you have previously worked with our system, Corniche.
