We are now looking for new salespeople in Telemarketing on behalf of a client.

You will work in a team with 20 other driven and enthusiastic people. With one of the market's most generous commission systems combined with a high fixed salary, they create a secure and profitable workplace.

About the Position

You will work in a fun atmosphere with driven colleagues in an environment that breathes success. The position is full-time, and you will work from 9 AM to 5 PM. The working hours include basic training where you learn everything about the product and sales, and you will also receive continuous training to keep developing.

The company has three different products that you can choose to work with or vary for a developing workplace. You can work with insurance, phone subscriptions, or security services. During a potential interview, you will receive more information about the different services so you can choose something that suits you.

The Job as a Salesperson

To succeed as a salesperson, you need to be outgoing and enjoy talking to people. Since the job is performance-based, it is also an advantage if you are competitive and enjoy challenges. You will receive solid training and experience that you will benefit from throughout your working life. In fact, most recruiters see it as a significant advantage if you have worked in sales at some point in your life.

Qualifications

You do not need any previous experience to succeed in this position. You will be trained from the start with everything you need to know for a good start. We see that you are a person who enjoys making contact with new people and who is driven and likes to contribute positive energy. Being fluent in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

The salary is based on a fixed salary of 25,000 plus commission. The salary amounts to 45,000 when you reach the budget. The average salary for a new salesperson is between 30,000 and 35,000.
