Support and Sales Support – Vägfas AB
Do you want to work closely with customers and help boards in community associations make everyday life run more smoothly? Vägfas AB, a growing IT company based in Norrtälje, is now looking for a support employee with sales support elements. The work is conducted according to a hybrid principle of office and remote work. Vägfas' head office is located in Norrtälje.
About Vägfas AB
Vägfas is a digital system that simplifies board work in community associations across Sweden. The platform gathers member registers, billing, invoicing, accounting, and communication in one place. Today, Vägfas is used by 1500 community associations.
Vägfas AB is part of the SkyTech group.
The Role
As a support employee, you will work operationally to assist our customers in their daily use of the system. You will answer questions, guide when necessary, and ensure that customers receive clear and accurate answers. The role also includes sales support, where you will identify needs and inform about relevant features during customer dialogues.
You will work independently but as part of a team, with clear frameworks and established working methods.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Provide support and sales support via phone, email, and ticket management tools
- Assist customers with questions regarding the system's functions and usage
- Follow up on cases and ensure good quality in feedback
- Develop and update guides, instructions, and simpler training materials
- Collaborate with sales and marketing by conveying customer needs and recurring questions
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in customer service or support
- Is pedagogical, clear, and service-oriented
- Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Has good IT skills and finds it easy to understand digital systems
- Has a basic understanding of accounting
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
- Experience from association or board work
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticket management tools

About the Position
Location: Norrtälje
Extent: Full-time, 6-month probationary period
Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement
