IT Procurement Specialist for Client in Malmö – Part-time, Remote Opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Specialist for our client in Malmö for a part-time and remote assignment. This is a consulting role.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client and therefore requires great flexibility and good teamwork skills.

We are looking for someone with experience in IT procurement and expertise in requirements specification as well as good knowledge of public procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for procurements in:

• IT operations

• IT security

• Hardware purchases

The assignment is part-time with the possibility of remote work, and the client's office is located in Malmö.

• Be responsible for the entire procurement process for IT-related services and products.

• Conduct requirements specification and needs analysis – gather and formulate the organization's requirements in a clear and measurable way, in accordance with the regulations for public procurement.

• Perform market analyses to identify suppliers, assess competition, and evaluate possible solutions.

• Prepare procurement documentation, such as request for proposals, contract proposals, and evaluation criteria according to LOU.

• Lead supplier dialogues and bid requests, including meetings and presentations.

• Evaluate bids and provide recommendations, ensuring that suppliers meet requirements for quality, price, and security.

• Manage contracts and supplier relationships, support in contract negotiations, follow up on deliveries, and ensure compliance with agreements.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines, including IT security and transparency requirements.

• Drive improvement initiatives within the procurement process and contribute to standardization and efficiency.
