With service and security as our foundation, we create first-class experiences for our visitors together – whether you greet visitors at the entrance, conduct a guided tour, or answer questions, you keep the visitor in focus and contribute to the safety of our environments.
We are looking for dedicated staff for the Royal Palace with Riddarholms Church, Drottningholm Palace, Kina Palace, Rosersberg Palace, Gustav III's Pavilion at Haga, Rosendal Palace, and Ulriksdal Palace for the summer of 2026.
As a Visitor Host
you warmly welcome our visitors. You create a memorable and safe experience for the visitor by ensuring that guidelines and safety procedures are followed carefully. Your tasks include monitoring, hosting, and controlling visitor flows in the public areas of the attractions, as well as sales and ticket control at the entrances. You play an active role in public safety work and are available to answer visitors' questions.
As a Guide
you have the same basic mission as the visitor hosts. You also bring the royal cultural heritage to life with great enthusiasm during tours in Swedish and English, tailored to the groups' wishes and conditions.
As a Team Leader
you are responsible for ongoing staff planning and lead the daily operations on site at the attraction. You work closely with our administration and other relevant departments within the Royal Court.
Qualifications
- You express yourself well in Swedish and English as required in daily work.
- To apply as a guide, we require that you have university credits in history, art history, or equivalent.
- To apply as a team leader, documented leadership experience or previous experience in public activities within the Royal Court is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, public safety work, and service professions, as well as additional language skills, are advantageous.
Personal Qualities
We place great importance on personal qualities. The desire to provide good service is natural for you. You have an interest in contacting and meeting visitors and customers. You have a strong sense of responsibility, are attentive, flexible, stress-resistant, and can quickly switch between the tasks assigned to you. Furthermore, you are a good colleague, have a high focus on safety, and are solution-oriented.
