About the Role Wrknest is now looking for a German-speaking technical support employee for a fast-growing fintech company with offices in central Stockholm. The company is a registered credit institution that offers smart, digital financial solutions to customers in Europe. In this role, you will be a key player in a service-oriented support team that assists customers and partners in Germany and Sweden with technical inquiries – all with a clear focus on user-friendliness and security.

Your Future Tasks As a technical support employee, you are the first point of contact for users, partners, and installers, focusing on the German market. The work is conducted via phone, email, and ticketing systems and involves both customer contact and technical problem-solving.

  • Provide technical assistance to partners and customers during setup and ongoing operations

  • Troubleshoot issues related to the fintech platform and associated systems

  • Document solutions and contribute to the improvement of internal routines

  • Work in ticketing systems such as Zendesk

We are looking for someone who has a service-oriented attitude, is communicative, and has an interest in technology and digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish or English

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service

  • Education or experience in IT, technology, or networking is a plus

You are a team player who is structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and are motivated by helping others in their daily lives.
