SJR is looking for an HR Business Partner–Corporate

SJR is now seeking an HR Business Partner–Corporate for our client in Kista, a large international company in the electronics industry. The assignment starts in March and initially runs until the end of the year, with good opportunities for extension. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business in a dynamic environment with office presence five days a week.

About the role

In your role as HRBP, you will work closely with the business and combine strategic HR partnership with operational HR support to managers and leaders at all levels, assisting with daily employee issues, management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

In the role of HRBP, you will;

• Act as an HR partner for managers and management teams within the company.
• Support leaders in employee relations, workplace issues, and organizational development.
• Drive and support change initiatives and organizational transformations with measurable business impact.
• Handle labor law issues, including collaboration with unions and negotiations.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Work with HR data, key metrics, and analyses to enable fact-based decisions.

Suitable background

To succeed in the role, we prefer that you have 2-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably from a corporate environment, where you have worked closely with management and business operations. You have a good understanding of HR processes, people strategies, performance management, and workplace environment. We also prefer that you have experience from an international environment and are accustomed to collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

As a person, you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are flexible, and can manage multiple parallel priorities with a clear focus on results. You have the ability to create trust and build relationships with all types of employees and leaders and can handle complex situations with clarity and respect.
