We are now looking for a business developer at Hammarby daily activities. We offer training and several benefits.
In the role of business developer, you have a central function in supporting, ensuring quality, and developing the content of the operations from the participants' perspective, in close collaboration with the operations manager. You work both strategically and operationally with development, quality, and follow-up issues related to the operations' mission.
The role involves close operational work where you support the operations manager, group leaders, and activity supervisors in their daily work. You work results-oriented towards set goals and lead project and development work based on bids, contracts, and assignment descriptions, ensuring that these are implemented in practice within the operations. You support the implementation of change processes, new routines, and working methods, and continuously follow up on results to ensure quality and goal fulfillment. You lead a quality council that includes the operations manager, group leaders, and activity supervisors.
Your tasks also include monitoring the external environment, conducting operational follow-ups, and participating in the work with the operational plan and annual report. You are expected to work from a holistic perspective and actively contribute to change work. Furthermore, you guide the operations in working with Nytida's framework, methods, working methods, and digital tools. You support activity supervisors in establishing implementation plans, documentation, and risk analyses. The work is structured with both participant-related tasks in the operations and dedicated time for pedagogical planning and follow-up work.
Tasks include: - Leading and coordinating specific development projects in accordance with applicable agreements and bids - Supporting the operations in developing and implementing routines - Ensuring quality and relevance in guidelines, routines, and working methods - Coaching and guiding activity supervisors based on the needs of the operations with documentation, implementation plans, and risk analyses - Developing pedagogical materials related to promised added values in bids - Identifying and compiling competence development needs within the operations - Establishing and maintaining contacts with relevant external development forums and interest organizations
About Hammarby daily activities Hammarby daily activities offer meaningful work tasks for people with functional variations, tailored to the individual's needs and conditions. Security is created through fixed groups and personally designed activities. The operations have 48 full-time places with the possibility of external internships. The target group is adults within the first circle of persons. An engaged team of about 17 people, including occupational therapists, business developers, and craft educators, is part of the operations run by Nytida on behalf of the City of Stockholm.
Hammarby daily activities are located in Södermalm, between Vitabergsparken and northern Hammarbyhamnen, with good communication via bus, ferry, and subway (the nearest station is Skanstull, about a 15-minute walk).
Requirements profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in behavioral science, pedagogy, or another relevant field. You have several years of experience working within LSS operations and a good understanding of the mission and target group of the operations.
You have broad knowledge of pedagogical methods and working methods, as well as good knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines that govern LSS operations. You are comfortable translating regulations, contracts/bids, and overarching goals into practical and operational work.
The role places high demands on communication skills. You express yourself well in both speech and writing and find it easy to meet, guide, and collaborate with different individuals and professional groups. You have the ability to adapt your message to the recipient and context.
To succeed in the role, you are responsible, structured, and methodical. You thrive in a changing organization and have the ability to work independently, flexibly, and solution-focused. You have a holistic perspective, make ongoing priorities, and can handle several parallel tasks from start to finish with patience and perseverance.
