Student Assistant to the Energy Unit

The Energy Unit at the Ministry of Climate and Enterprise is looking for a student assistant for a fixed-term position during the spring of 2026. The Energy Unit is responsible for energy issues in a broad sense and works to implement the government's energy policy at the national level as well as within the EU and internationally. The tasks may encompass the entire scope of the unit's operations.

As a student assistant, you will primarily work with the processing of routine matters. This may involve compiling referral summaries, preparing various types of documentation, and otherwise supporting the unit's case officers in tasks where there is a need for an extra resource. The tasks may vary over time and be adapted to the needs of the organization as well as your skills and academic background.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who is studying full-time at a university or college and has completed at least 60 higher education credits. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.

It is an advantage if you have completed an internship at the Government Offices during 2025, either in the spring or autumn semester. An internship at the Energy Unit is particularly meritorious. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of the Government Offices' processes, the Ministry of Climate and Enterprise's areas of responsibility, and energy policy issues.

The position is a fixed-term student assistant position at twenty-five percent until June 30, 2026. The position is located at the Energy Unit, Ministry of Climate and Enterprise.
