The position of admissions coordinator means that you will assess incoming applications from individuals who want to study in our programs. It is a significant responsibility that requires you to be meticulous yet solution-oriented, as no application is the same. You will work closely with our prospective students, primarily via email and phone. We are looking for individuals with an outgoing and professional attitude who excel at building good relationships. We have an established team in place who will train you. Together, we ensure a smooth admissions process and first-class service.

Your main tasks will include:

*Reviewing and assessing applications (grades, certificates, etc.).

*Answering and handling incoming calls

*Answering and handling incoming emails

The job requires fluent Swedish, both written and spoken. You should easily interpret various documents and instructions to make decisions in admissions matters, both independently and together with other employees. To feel comfortable in the role and perform the tasks, you need to have good system and computer skills. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of professional experience in administration and/or a background in customer service where email and phone have been your primary tools.

You have the ability to build trust, good relationships, and enjoy personal customer service. You have an administrative flair. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Time period and employment level: The position starts in March and runs until the end of August, with the possibility of other time periods beyond this. Employment level 100%
