The focus is on attracting and recruiting complex specialist roles within the digital sector where competition for talent is high. You are expected to act as an advisory partner to the business and ensure a structured and qualitative process at a high pace.
As part of an existing team of about 20 people, you will have overall responsibility for driving recruitment processes for high-quality IT specialists.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to maintain order even under pressure.
