Part-time Receptionist/Healthcare Administrator

Rehab Västra is an independent unit within the Stockholm County Healthcare System with the mission to conduct primary care rehabilitation (basic assignment) as well as an additional assignment for a neuro team in outpatient care. Our clinics are located in Bromma, Ekerö, Kista, and Spånga, and together we are about 75 employees.

Job Responsibilities:

You will staff our reception in Spånga and thus be our face to the outside world with a lot of patient contact via visits and phone.

You will perform cash registration of visits in TakeCare, handle cases and daily phone time in TeleQ, manage and distribute cases in chat in “Always Open” as well as schedule appointments for the various professional categories.

Other tasks include scanning documents, ordering supplies and laundry, handling mail, booking interpreters, and medical travel permits, etc.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing, and able to speak and understand English.
• Good computer skills and experience with the journal system TakeCare.
• Experience in healthcare/care or have some form of healthcare education.
• Experience in primary care is an advantage, as well as having worked with the telephone system TeleQ and the ordering system Clockwork.
• Experience in reception work is desirable, but interest in the tasks is the most important.

Employment Type:

Intermittent employment (Part-time). Start date according to agreement.
