50% Finance Assistant at Bambi Economic Association

Do you want to work with finance in a values-driven organization where your contribution makes a difference? Bambi is now looking for a meticulous and responsible finance assistant at 50% who wants to be part of our support function and contribute to ensuring that our operations within LSS function safely and professionally.

About the Role

As a finance assistant at Bambi, you will work closely with our finance manager and have ongoing contact with employees, operations managers, and external parties. The role is operational and structured, focusing on ongoing financial administration, payroll, and invoicing. The finance function is a support function whose goal is to create good conditions for the operations - so that focus can remain where it belongs: with the main individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration according to laws and collective agreements
• Invoicing to municipalities and districts (performed hours, sick pay costs)
• Supplier invoices and ongoing bookkeeping
• Administration of new hires and changes in employment contracts
• Reporting to authorities, pension companies, and other external actors
• Responding to incoming inquiries via finance email and phone
• Support to the finance manager during year-end closing, budgeting, and follow-up

Some development and analysis tasks occur to a limited extent and are prioritized in dialogue with the finance manager.

We are looking for someone who

• Has education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Has experience in payroll administration and ongoing bookkeeping
• Is structured, meticulous, and used to working independently
• Thrives in a service-oriented role with many points of contact
• Has good system skills and easily follows given routines
• Shares Bambi's values and wants to work in a non-profit organization

Experience from non-profit operations, LSS, or similar is an advantage.

Employment Form

• Part-time 50%. Working hours by agreement
• Permanent employment (with a probationary period by agreement)
• Start date by agreement

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
