An opportunity has arisen to step into a long-term consulting assignment as a Key Account Manager at a company in central Stockholm specializing in digital benefits and payment solutions, with a strong position in the public sector. The role is based in Stockholm and involves a clear operational responsibility to develop and deepen relationships with municipalities and regions. You will be a key person in ongoing business, procurements, and customer dialogues, focusing on growth, utilization rates, and long-term value creation. Your responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer development within your portfolio of public customers. The role is both strategic and operational, with a clear presence in customer dialogues.

The assignment includes:

  • Managing and developing long-term customer relationships within municipalities and regions
  • Driving business development through increased utilization, more users, and upselling
  • Influencing and participating in procurements, bids, and pricing dialogues
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and delivery quality in collaboration with internal teams
  • Acting as an advisory partner regarding digital solutions and employee benefits
  • Working systematically with follow-up, goals, and activities in the CRM system

Worth knowing

The assignment is a consulting position until January 2027, with good opportunities for extension. You will join an established KAM team dedicated to the public sector, handling both ongoing business and existing customer agreements.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, who is well acquainted with working towards the public sector. You have a good understanding of procurement processes, bids, and business dialogues in complex organizations. As a person, you are proactive, business-driven, and relationship-building, with the ability to build trust at various levels with customers. You work systematically towards set goals, are familiar with CRM systems, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
