The client is now looking for a Meeting Booker / SDR who will play a key role in the company's continued growth by creating qualified business opportunities for the commercial team. Job Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential B2B customers via phone and email
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Generate interest in the client's solutions
Book high-quality meetings for the sales team
Daily Tasks
Outbound calls and follow-ups with decision-makers
Lead qualification and needs analysis
Work towards clear goals and KPIs
Close collaboration with sales and marketing
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as an SDR, meeting booker, or in B2B sales
Documented experience in meeting booking and pipeline generation
Experience in proactive sales with a clear hunter mindset
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Personal Characteristics
Confident, communicative, and comfortable on the phone
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused
Structured, persistent, and stress-resistant
Motivated by performance, development, and continuous improvement
