The client is now looking for a Meeting Booker / SDR who will play a key role in the company's continued growth by creating qualified business opportunities for the commercial team. The role is a clear hunter role, suitable for someone who thrives in proactive sales, dialogue with decision-makers, and working towards clear goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential B2B customers via phone and email

  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs

  • Generate interest in the client's solutions

  • Book high-quality meetings for the sales team

Daily Tasks

  • Outbound calls and follow-ups with decision-makers

  • Lead qualification and needs analysis

  • Work towards clear goals and KPIs

  • Close collaboration with sales and marketing

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SDR, meeting booker, or in B2B sales

  • Documented experience in meeting booking and pipeline generation

  • Experience in proactive sales with a clear hunter mindset

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Confident, communicative, and comfortable on the phone
