About the Position

We are now looking for an Operational Buyer for Saab, a global leader in defense, aviation, and security solutions. This position is a consultancy assignment via Poolia, on behalf of Saab in Solna. Your Main Responsibilities

As an Operational Buyer in this assignment, you will be responsible for ensuring deliveries of planned needs to production, with a strong focus on projects. You will work in a team that handles the procurement of materials for prototypes and small-scale production with technically complex solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

Purchasing materials and services based on planned needs
Monitoring deliveries through close dialogue with suppliers and internal customers
Preparing cost estimates
Building and maintaining supplier relationships
Contributing to flow optimization and process development

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in supply chain or purchasing, preferably as an operational buyer with experience in similar tasks. You thrive in a dynamic production environment and have a good understanding of the factors that affect the purchasing process.
