Channel Marketing Lead at Samsung

We are looking for a business-driven Channel Marketing Lead who, with high authority and strategic insight, will shape the future customer experience and sales through innovative marketing strategies. ABOUT THE POSITION
As Channel Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for marketing and business planning together with key partners (e.g., operators and retailers). This includes annual and quarterly channel planning as well as monthly activation planning in collaboration with the customer and sales organization. The role involves understanding the business strategy for current customers and operators. Together with the sales organization, the CML sets an omnichannel strategy and ensures the best possible presence and right mix of activations for selected product groups and customers. The CML owns Samsung's brand presence online and in-store with current retailers. You will work closely with Key Account Managers and management to ensure success.
Furthermore, the role has a Nordic responsibility. Samsung's customer you will work with has its headquarters located in Oslo, which means travel there approximately 1-2 days per quarter. Additionally, you are expected to be on-site at major events, normally about a week at a time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
The role involves strategically driving and optimizing Samsung's presence and sales across all customer channels, from digital platforms to physical stores. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans with key partners to ensure maximum visibility and growth in the Nordic market.
- Integrate and engage Samsung and our offerings at every customer touchpoint (Paid media, in-store, Online, Service, Call Centers).
- Deliver growth in customer sales (sell-out) and increase our market share.
- Optimize Samsung's voice for displays, campaigns, and recommendations.
- Maximize Samsung's visibility in partner advertising.
- Be responsible for marketing planning with key partners (operators and retailers) on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure the best presence and mix of activations for product groups and customers.
- Plan and execute fixed installations, as well as ensure ROI for Samsung's brand presence online and in-store.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a post-secondary degree in marketing or equivalent
- Several years of experience in Partner/Channel marketing
- Experience in integrating customer channels and maximizing sales (omni-channel perspective; in-store, DM, online, CRM)
- Good experience in media and customer campaign planning
- Advanced ability to plan, execute, and review joint sales and marketing (360 perspective)
- Good knowledge of CRM
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have:
- A background in retail or Key Account Management
- Documented sales experience combined with marketing education
- Good ability to build networks and relationships.
- Experience in change management.
To succeed in the role, you have a strong understanding of sales, customer dialogue, and commercial drivers. You have good presentation skills, are relationship-building, and have a professional demeanor. Furthermore, the role requires a social and communicative person who is comfortable collaborating with many different stakeholders, both internally and externally. You are analytical and resilient as a person and confident in yourself and comfortable making decisions in a changing environment.
