We are now looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller for an exciting consulting assignment within E-Mobility. The role is based in Sweden and involves close collaboration with both the local Sales & Operations organization and the Business Control function within the business area.

You will be part of an E-Mobility Business Control team and work closely with the Director of Business Control E-Mobility. You will also be part of the local Sales & Operations management team in Sweden. The assignment has a clear focus on financial reporting, quality assurance, and accounting, as the role initially covers for a parental leave.

Your responsibilities 🌍 Responsible for all business controlling issues related to E-Mobility within Sales & Operations Sweden Drive and coordinate business planning and goal processes Responsible for forecasting and follow-up KPI monitoring and analysis Monthly closing and financial follow-up Management and management reporting Develop, maintain, and ensure the quality of financial models Close collaboration with Business Control and accounting for high-quality reporting Act as a senior advisor to the Business Unit Controller on overall controlling and governance issues Drive improvement initiatives and conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed

About the role 🧭 This is an assignment with a clear focus on Financial Controlling rather than a business partner role. A solid understanding of accounting, closing, and financial flows is crucial for success.

Qualifications 🎯 Post-secondary education in economics, finance, or equivalent Several years of experience as a Financial Controller Very good understanding of accounting and closing work Experience in reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis Familiarity with collaborating with both Business Control and Accounting

Preferred 🌱 Experience from the energy or industrial sector Previous work in e-mobility or related business area
