About the Job

You identify, drive, and implement improvements. The role combines strategic development work with practical enhancements.

Common Responsibilities

• Map, develop, and implement processes and working methods

• Lead improvement and efficiency initiatives

• Drive and lead various types of projects

• Identify areas for improvement and support the organization in implementation

• Work with Lean, quality, and efficiency tools to create long-term results

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, preferably a Master’s degree in engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in change and development work within the manufacturing industry

• At least 3 years of project management experience

• Good knowledge of methods and tools such as Lean and Six Sigma

• Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
