About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and business-driven recruiting consultant manager who wants to take full responsibility for both clients, consultants, and business. In this role, you will be a key person in developing our consulting operations by owning and building client relationships, driving the business forward, and ensuring that the right skills are matched with the right assignments.

The role involves a broad responsibility where you work with sales to new clients, manage your own client accounts, recruit consultants, and lead them in their assignments. You work closely with both clients and consultants and have a clear focus on quality, profitability, and long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities

As a client manager consultant, you have overall responsibility for clients, consultants, and business. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Owning and developing your own client accounts
• Building long-term client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales
• Recruiting consultants and specialists
• Leading, coaching, and developing your consultants
• Being responsible for occupancy, results, and profitability
• Following up on assignments, quality, and delivery
• Working with forecasts, key figures, and business follow-up

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in recruitment, staffing, and sales.

You will primarily recruit for roles within facility management and administration.

• Driving license B

The position is full-time, located at our office in Stockholm, Karlavägen 96. Working hours are 08:00–17:00.
